UX Design
- UX Research: Conducted in-depth research to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's goals, target audience, and project requirements
- End-to-end UI/UX: Designed user flows, journeys, prototypes, and mockups
- Best Practices: Ensured adherence to best practices and compliance of the Digital Service Standards (DSS), which are instrumental in delivering user-centric and seamless digital services aligned with the Digital Government Blueprint (DGB) goals in Singapore
- Collaboration with Clientβs Team: Some of the projects required implementation of the Scrum methodology in an agile environment. We had to collaborate with the client's team to define and prioritize user stories, estimate effort, and manage the product backlog. By aligning our UX efforts with the agile project management approach, we maintained a dynamic and efficient development cycle.
